As I allow myself, so time to, just to stay in bed past 6am. I have so many thing on my to do list, per usual, but truly need this down time. It’s a struggle with my body because outbof habit, awake at 5 up by out by 6:30.
I head to Starbucks for coffee and contemplation, yep mornings are make for coffee and contemplation.
As I drink my coffee, with headphones on, worship music, I contemplate life, my to do list, bible art journaling, H2H….
So much decision are made over a cup (or 2) of coffee
